Le Meridien Jakarta

Great service staff, rooms were excellent. The WhatsApp valet feature was very nice. I really appreciate the kindness and help offered during my stay, particularly because I reached Jakarta without my luggage for 1 day.

The Club room was well appointed with personalized concierge service. The attendants in the Club Lounge were all very friendly and service was attentive. The breakfast there was delicious and filling. The buffet in the coffee shop had a wide variety of cuisines. My favorites were the Indonesian iced desserts and the attendant in charge was always so friendly and amused by my love for their delicious sweets. I apologize for not citing the names of this attendant and the young lady in the Club lounge but I lost my notes. They were absolutely lovely and represented the hotel very well.

The hotel is lovely and the service is impeccable. Very helpful and friendly staff that made me feel very welcome. The breakfast is outstanding with an amazing array of international cuisine choices. It has a very nice gym, sauna, and spa. I had two fantastic massages during my stays. There is also a very nice coffee bar located in the restaurant.

I have stayed there many times. Since Marriot took over, the service standard has gone to another level. The buildings are not new but the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is great and the staff are exceptional.
