Great service staff, rooms were excellent. The WhatsApp valet feature was very nice. I really appreciate the kindness and help offered during my stay, particularly because I reached Jakarta without my luggage for 1 day.

The Club room was well appointed with personalized concierge service. The attendants in the Club Lounge were all very friendly and service was attentive. The breakfast there was delicious and filling. The buffet in the coffee shop had a wide variety of cuisines. My favorites were the Indonesian iced desserts and the attendant in charge was always so friendly and amused by my love for their delicious sweets. I apologize for not citing the names of this attendant and the young lady in the Club lounge but I lost my notes. They were absolutely lovely and represented the hotel very well.

I stayed at Le Meridien in Jakarta for 6 nights. The breakfast was good, they offer different variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also like the coffee shop inside the hotel. The pool was good.

The hotel is lovely and the service is impeccable. Very helpful and friendly staff that made me feel very welcome. The breakfast is outstanding with an amazing array of international cuisine choices. It has a very nice gym, sauna, and spa. I had two fantastic massages during my stays. There is also a very nice coffee bar located in the restaurant.

I was at the hotel over the weekend for Blackpink 2023 concert.The water pressure was superbb and the room i had have both shower and bath tub..how cool is that?It was easy to get gojek & grab and the hotel is near to Gelora Bung Sukarno stadium where the concert was,Grand Indonesia mall and Plaza Indonesia mall so it was kinda relief!Your receptionist staff was outstanding and also your kitchen staff where i had my breakfast and dinner..kudos Le Meredian..i shall come again!

I have stayed there many times. Since Marriot took over, the service standard has gone to another level. The buildings are not new but the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is great and the staff are exceptional.

Breakfast is good and with a varied fare. I would appreciate more outdoor settings with non-smoking seats for people like me who don't want air-conditioning all the time. Concierge staff were happily willing to pack a fragile item for my luggage with bubble wrap.

1. They hv e-butler tht help with my arrangements to receive my orders and sent to my room 2. Their housekeeping staff takes initiative to make my stay more comfortable 3. The room is just cozy, and the bed is comfortable
